Mark has been making quality, esoteric sounding house and techno for a while now and in my opinion is one of the better producers from the modern dutch scene. He retains a keen sense of melody that eschews Detroit or Chicago for something more inherently European in tradition. Check his latest releases on Moustache and Tabernacle for evidence. I’ve been after a mix from him for a while and this doesn’t disappoint and also surprises - it’s a straight up hi-tempo 150 bpm acid/electro techno monster. It’s been a while since I listened to something so fast.
The tracklisting will be updated in a week (this is a technique I’ve seen on mmlssgs and I must say I like it). Let’s have a bit of mystery again.
